"We had decided to start a family and were living in a single wide mobilehome in E. Hartford.  We started looking for a house on our own.  We had tried several other realtors on a single showing basis.  We contacted Penny to see one of the propertes that she had listed in the paper.  The property was under deposit when we called so Penny told us about a property that was just coming on the market.  We made arrangements to see it with her.  We were not as impressed with the property as we were with Penny.  We went out one more time with Penny and then we signed a contract to use her exclusisively.  Penny was very knowledgeable and was able to give us good advice.
