She took us on a tour of the communities and described their similarities and their differences. We discussed schools, shopping, and local history. Penny made it her business to understand exactly what we were looking for in our new home and called immediately when the perfect house came on the market! We were the first ones to see the house and we made an offer right then and there and we got the house we really wanted!
